La Ventana is a wonderful Texas Hill Country community with equestrian lots that allow horses. Many homes have their own private stables. There are two horses allowed per equestrian lot but it may be possible to get a variance on larger lots for more horses. Some lots are not equestrian. La Ventana is near Panther Creek, another area of acreage homes that allow horses. La Ventana has a very impressive entry. There is a huge front pasture with Texas Longhorn cattle and a large stone tower with a lantern in it on each side of the divided driveway in.
