Reagan Boulevard just south of East Crystal Falls Parkway. Centex and Mercedes are the 2 homebuilders. Both have temporary, pre-model home construction trailers set up at the site. The infrastructure is in place and homes are being built now. Many lots have great trees! Large live oak trees and others.
