Since the beginnings of my Real Estate career, my goal has always been to be on the cutting edge of marketing properties. I have a small list of homes inventory in my personal repertoire because of this. I don't get property listings so they can sit around, I get listings to SELL them!! My goal is to get your home or property sold and I will go out of my way and bend over backwards to see that that happens. When I first obtained my Real Estate license, many, many years ago, I went out and bought the latest and greatest compuer and digital camera so I could market off the charts. Today's marketing needs to be way different from back then. In fact today's marketing is way different than it was just a year ago. With all the new technologies and websites, properties must be marketed by what some would call a computer and SEO expert and that is what I have become, an expert web based marketer. Sucessful ways to market homes and other real estate are CONSTANTLY changing and I stay on top of it. For instance, according to the National Association of REALTORS 87% of homebuyers use the Internet for an information source. As mentioned above, I use the Internet extensively. Besides the traditional and common marketing tools like putting a color yard sign up and entering your property into MLS, we do multi-site blogs, property podcasts that we syndicate, and Text Messaging on all Listings.

Additionally, I have had special marketing training such as from the nationally known firm of Hobbs Herder as well as being a graduate of both of Floyd Wickman’s advanced sales programs- "Sweathogs" and "Starmakers". My degree in Psychology (presented “with HONORS”), Master’s level training in Counseling as well as my years of experience as a REALTOR® make me a skillful negotiator and marketer. I also hold the GRI- Graduate REALTOR® Institute, as well as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, SRES®, designations so I work very well in meeting the needs of Senior Citizens. I am a GREEN REALTOR® or EcoBroker® with lots of experience and knowledge in selling homes with energy efficient features, total rainwater collection, low or no VOC materials and other green features.
All this special training I have PLUS the use of the latest technologies have made it possible for me to specialize in getting my clients the most money for their property, with the least hassle and in the least amount of time. My track record shows that an above average portion of my residential properties sell in much less than average marketing time and for more than average sales price.
