The Preserve at Escalera Parkway in Georgetown TX

The Preserve is a several year old restricted subdivision of heavily wooded one acre home sites in rural Georgetown Texas, located west of town on FM 2243 near Ronald Reagan. Builders for The Preserve include Brad Marshall Homes, Riata Builders, Rostrata Builders, Inc.; Savage Custom Homes. Grand Haven Homes bought out the last lots in the development and there are very few lots left.

This photo was taken in Fall 2008. You can see the potential for great views many lots have as well as plenty of trees. This pictured road in off of FM 2243 was not open as of Dec. 2009. The beautiful Escalera Ranch is next door.
