Lakeway, Texas is a city located adjacent to Lake Travis and Austin, Texas off of Ranch Road 620. Lakeway is in Austin Board of REALTORs MLS area LS and the Northwest Travis County Region. There are many different areas or subdivisions of Lakeway. Many areas are waterfront or waterview while others may afford great Texas Hill Country views. Cardinal Hills on the East side has lovely views from the hills. There is a lot of new construction as well as homes going back to the 1970’s or so in Lakeway. One beautiful new section is Rough Hollow.

Children living in Lakeway attend Lake Travis ISD public schools. There are also many fine private schools in Lakeway as well. There are also numerous tennis, golf, boating and other activities for people of all ages to enjoy.
