Trails End Ranch is a gated equestrian subdivision of large acreages in rural San Marcos Texas very close to Wimberley Texas on Allison Lane. All the properties are in an Agricultural Exemption for low taxes via roaming cattle on a grass lease. Be sure to verify if this is still the case when considering a property in the neighborhood. Properties may be 63 or more acres in size if they contain 2 lots. Smaller acreages may be about 31 or 47 acres. Trails End Ranch has a mandatory Home Owner’s Association or HOA with dues. Children in Trails End Ranch attend San Marcos ISD public schools or an area private school. There is a nice mix of pasture and woods in Trails End Ranch. Some properties I have seen in Trails End Ranch even have Palmettos, a small palm-like native plant on them.

To get to Trails End Ranch take RR 12 out of Wimberley, Texas to RR 32. Turn left onto Allison Lane. You will need a gate code to get in.
