Winding Trails is an equestrian neighborhood just east of downtown Austin, Texas. For people who love horses, there are 40 foot wide horse riding trails throughout the neighborhood. You do not have to own horses to live in Winding Trails but if you do, it’s even better!

Winding Trails is located off of FM 973 between Austin, Texas and Manor, Texas near the 4,000 acre Walter E. Long Municipal Park and Lake. The new 130 and 45 Toll Roads are nearby as well for easy and quick transportation access.

Winding Trails Streets include Trailside Estates Boulevard, Jarrod Lee Cove and Hog Eye Road.
